Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

A Day In The Life

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, your day is focused on keeping the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You help customers locate what they need, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. Whether restocking shelves, assisting with selections, or answering questions, your role helps customers move through their shopping experience with ease.

Another part of the role is keeping products available and displays in good condition throughout the day. You’ll stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization. Between handling inventory, working across different departments, and maintaining store standards, the day stays active, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys variety and staying engaged in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring To The Table

• Customer Interaction Skills: Clear, helpful communication when assisting customers and answering questions
• Stocking & Merchandising: Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items
• Organization & Time Management: Managing multiple tasks while maintaining clean, organized work areas
• Inventory Awareness: Monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering processes
• Equipment Use: Handling tools such as pallet jacks, box cutters, or handheld devices following safety guidelines
• Adaptability: Comfort moving between tasks, departments, and priorities throughout the shift
• Physical Capability: Comfort with standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in varying environments including backroom and outdoor areas
