Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Continuous walking, standing, reaching, and bending.
• Indoor/outdoor environment with varying temperatures.
• Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Strong team player with desire to learn and have fun.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offer assistance, and ensure a friendly, helpful store atmosphere.
• Perform store sweeps and keep front-end and entrance areas safe and clean.
• Regular cleaning of registers, belts, and trash cans; keep aisles clean and organized.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and maintain a cart-free lot during shifts.
• Perform price checks and assist with restocking and returning items to correct locations.
• Assist clerks to move lines quickly by bagging groceries efficiently while protecting item quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
