Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work standing 6-8 hours per day.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by front-facing and stocking. Rotates stock and checks codes.
• Stocks and cleans grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas clean.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Merchandises products following company procedures and pricing signs.
• Follows health, safety, and Weights & Measures regulations.
• Reports safety hazards and complies with leadership directions.
