Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees grocery department operations to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Directs and supervises all grocery personnel and shifts.
• Enforces safety, sanitation, and department dress code policies.
• Manages schedules, payroll, and direct report performance reviews.
• Ensures product rotation, pricing accuracy, and vendor invoicing checks.
• Plans displays, inventory levels, and shrink controls; conducts quarterly inventories.
• Coordinates with Store Manager on duty for opening/closing tasks and weekend coverage.
