Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for a customer data associate to work in grocery stores nationwide. You will use a smartphone to capture and store essential data for clients, interact with customers and store management, and record shift data after each shift.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company. The role requires being 18+, comfortable with smartphones, and able to lift up to 10 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work: moving, standing, bending and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Comfortable with smartphone technology and applications and able to adapt to new tools quickly.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action and results; can work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment.
