Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for a field role supporting grocery stores nationwide. You will use a smartphone or tablet to record and store essential data for our clients and help ensure accurate in-store execution.

We offer $13.00 per hour, training, growth opportunities, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and discounts. Ideal candidates are 18+, have merchandising experience, and can lead and train others while maintaining a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management with enthusiasm.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can move, bend, stand and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to/from work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with action and results orientation.
• Work independently and in teams with safety-first mindset.
