Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• English required; Spanish preferred.
• 0–3 years of supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service (70%): Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued, merchandize per plan, maintain shelf tags and signage, assist customers in finding products.
• Leadership (10%): Promote trust, collaboration, and compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Financial (10%): Monitor inventory and freshness, report discrepancies, ensure proper temperatures and logs.
• Compliance/Safety (10%): Enforce safety, proper handling, recalls, and training; remove unsafe items.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
