Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Grocery Clerk to work across Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments. You will stock shelves, assist customers, and help maintain clean, attractive displays while ensuring accurate deliveries and rotation of products.

You will operate in a fast-paced store environment, support team members, and comply with safety regulations. Flexible scheduling and a strong customer service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule that changes, including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
• Be able to perform repetitious activities, and can multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift/move boxes up to 60 lbs., from 5” to 34”, up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves in Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments and maintain presentation.
• Fill the frozen foods bins and help keep the store clean and organized.
• Receive product deliveries and verify accuracy.
• Move products to the sales floor using equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness for customers.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
