Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. at Cub Foods Southdale is seeking a part-time team member to support a grocery department under the Grocery Manager. The position offers a union rate of pay and a progressive scale from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Hours include Sunday through Saturday with varied shifts. Responsibilities include making lasting connections with customers, stocking and merchandising displays, assisting with receiving products, and maintaining a clean, sanitary store.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with strong customer service
• Experience working in a grocery position
• Knowledge of stocking, load cutting, and displaying cases
• Motivated to grow career and continue learning

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with our customers
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
• Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
• Be a part of a dedicated team that arrives promptly for shifts and works as scheduled
