Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to support multiple departments, including Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen. You’ll stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and help maintain clean, inviting displays to ensure fresh product is available for customers.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, dependable, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety standards. This role offers flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a respectful attitude and work ethic aligned with Sprouts culture.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift up to 60 lbs. and handle boxes from 5” to 34” for up to 25 hours.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and fill the frozen foods bins across multiple departments.
• Receive product deliveries and ensure accuracy before shelving.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and freshness of products for customers.
• Assist customers and work in a fast-paced environment with safety in mind.
