Job summary

ShopRite of Chatham in New Jersey is seeking a Grocery Clerk to price, stock and rotate merchandise in the Grocery Department while delivering a great customer experience. You will keep the department neat, clean and visually appealing, assist customers, and follow safety and QA standards during daily tasks.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and collaboration with team members to meet store goals. On-site work with regular shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle pricing tasks accurately.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 60 lbs when needed.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly manner and work with others.
