Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and answer questions about products sold within the department and store.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and respond to questions and suggest items.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items they inquire about.
• Inform customers of dairy specials and provide fresh products they ordered.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and report discrepancies to the department manager.
