Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain organization in assigned areas.
• Open cartons, price items clearly, and handle pricing discrepancies.
• Rotate perishables per policy and manage product freshness.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and checking deliveries.
• Help with store displays, price checks, and customer retrievals.
• Support Front End as cashier or service clerk when needed.
• Participate in safety, cleaning, and training activities.
• Provide training to fellow associates as assigned.

Job description

We are hiring part-time Grocery associates at LaBonne's!

What will you be doing?

• Stocks grocery store items on shelves or storage areas following proper procedures.
• Opens cartons and price items accurately and legibly; keeps store management

informed of pricing problems or discrepancies.

• Keeps perishable merchandise rotated by store policy and product

code dates and pulls out of-code merchandise.

• Blocks all products in assigned sections.
• Assists in receiving and unloading of merchandise; checks and verifies grocery receiving,

count, quality, and conditions.

• Assists in building store displays for maximum sales and turnover.
• Performs price checks as requested.
• Retrieves items that customers are unable to reach, lift, or find.
• Assists the Front End, performing as a cashier or service clerk, when needed.
• Assists with clean up of spills, breakages, and other maintenance duties as assigned.
• Participates in training activities to increase personal skill levels, and to improve

overall department processes and customer service.

• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the department Supervisor or Store Director.
• Meets the physical requirements to perform the job functions listed above.
• Provide training of other associates when assigned.
