Job summary

Ralphs in Manhattan Beach, CA, seeks a customer-focused associate to create an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals, and monitor quality assurance standards to ensure safety and great service.

You will help customers, answer questions about products, stock and label merchandise, and reinforce safety procedures while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment that makes guests feel valued.
