You will work behind the scenes to maintain organized, fully stocked aisles, assist guests with locating products, and support store operations. This role rewards active, detail-oriented team players who value safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in grocery, retail, stocking, or warehouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful guest service at all times to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Stock, rotate, and face products to maintain freshness and appealing presentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked aisles to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist guests with locating products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of store products, pricing, and locations to support guests and drive sales.
• Unload deliveries, break down shipments, and organize backstock efficiently and safely.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low, excess, or damaged items.
• Ensure proper product placement, pricing accuracy, and signage execution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote health and professionalism.
• Follow all workplace safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and POS systems as needed.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support store operations.
• Collaborate across departments to support storewide efficiency and guest hospitality goals.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, conduct, and dress code.
• Support loss prevention efforts by staying alert and following proper procedures.
• Participate in trainings and continuous learning to support development.
• Remain productive during slower periods by cleaning, organizing, restocking, or supporting other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
