Job summary

The Kroger Co. is hiring to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service in a safe, clean store environment.

You will assist the department manager in meeting sales and profit goals while upholding the Customer 1st strategy and Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities include helping customers, maintaining product knowledge, suggesting items, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety procedures.
