TEC Services is seeking reliable cleaning partners to support our national team of grocery-cleaning technicians. This role focuses on maintaining a clean facility and delivering safe, high-quality service within a grocery store environment.

As a cleaning technician, you will train cleaners on scope of work, equipment use, and documenting hours. You will participate in safety programs and coordinate with the TEC Services management team to ensure consistent, professional service.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic are expected.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain facility following scope of work and move items as needed.
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as auto-scrubber, burnisher and carpet extractor.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor and report safety incidents or property damage.
