Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass an oral reading test.
• Valid Health Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Pack grocery items carefully into bags based on item type and weight.
• Assist customers by placing groceries in carts and escorting to vehicles when needed.
• Collect and return shopping carts to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Answer questions and direct customers to product locations or staff.
• Verify pricing with cashier and communicate clearly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout area and front-end stations.
• Carry out trash, restock supplies, and sanitize high-touch areas.
• Provide backup support to stocking shelves and unloading deliveries.
• Uphold excellent customer service with courtesy and professionalism.
• Follow safety procedures and loss prevention guidelines; assist with inventory.
