Job summary

Cardenas Markets is seeking a friendly Grocery Clerk to join our team in California. You will help keep the grocery area well maintained, stock and rotate items, and be the first point of contact for customers seeking product information.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, grocery/produce and customer service experience, and a willingness to assist in any area to meet store needs. Wage range: $18.00–$20.51 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Grocery/produce experience desirable.
• Customer Service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and organize items on shelves.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure the freshest product is available to customers.
• Address inquiries and assist customers with location items throughout store.
• Receive product deliveries and ensure accuracy of items.
• Maintain clean shelves, racks, and aisles of store.
• Provide flexibility by helping in any area in order to support store needs.
