Job summary

Buc-ee’s, Ltd. is seeking a Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate to provide materials, merchandise, and supplies for store functionality. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, friendly, and in-stock environment while supporting store operations.

Essential duties include replenishing inventories, processing deliveries, updating product labels, and adhering to safety procedures. The position may require weekends, holidays, and rotating day/night shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Replenish shelf and floor inventories to full conditions daily.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallets, and workstations organized.
• Receive products in line with company delivery protocol and update labels with price/UPC.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
• Be available on weekends/holidays and rotate between day and night shifts.

The Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate provides materials, merchandise, and supplies as needed for store functionality. The ideal candidate must promote a clean, friendly and in-stock work environment.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• $20 / hour
• Execute duties as assigned by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead
• Replenish shelf and floor inventories to full conditions daily
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations
• Maintaining clean supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Execute inventory product rotation
• Receive product in accordance with Company delivery protocol
• Update labels with price and UPC on backroom and store stock
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
• Work on the store’s busiest days including most weekends and holidays as needed
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance
• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Must be able to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Work on the store’s busiest days including most weekends and holidays as needed
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance
