Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. in Leeds, AL is hiring a Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate to stock shelves, process deliveries, and maintain a clean, in-stock environment in both store aisles and backroom areas.

This on-site role pays $20/hour, includes 3 weeks of paid time off, and a 401(k) with 100% match up to 6%. Expect weekends and holidays, with a rotating day/night schedule to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Weekend and holiday shifts required; rotating day/night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Replenish shelf and floor inventories to full conditions daily.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in aisles, pallets, and backroom areas.
• Receive product following company delivery protocol and update labels with price and UPC.
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.

The ideal candidate must promote a clean, friendly and in-stock work environment. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:* $20 / hour* Execute duties as assigned by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead* Replenish shelf and floor inventories to full conditions daily* Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations* Maintaining clean supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations* Execute inventory product rotation* Receive product in accordance with Company delivery protocol* Update labels with price and UPC on backroom and store stock* Perform other duties as required and/or assigned* Work on the store’s busiest days including most weekends and holidays as needed* Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed* Maintain regular and prompt attendance* Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation The position requirements include, but are not limited to:* High School diploma or equivalent preferred* Previous warehouse experience preferred* Must be able to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis* Work on the store’s busiest days including most weekends and holidays as needed* Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed* Maintain regular and prompt attendance
