The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in precision manufacturing, particularly in grinding, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. The role involves substantial cross-functional collaboration and process development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of grinding experience in precision manufacturing, preferably medical device.
• Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA QSR.
• Experience analyzing process data and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert in grinding processes to support production.
• Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects.
• Design and optimize grinding processes for high precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions.
