Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Trainer certification desired or Tat's certified within 30 days.
• Self-motivated with high performance and minimal supervision.
• Top quartile performance in project/team build and good work habits.
• No disciplinary actions for Quality, Productivity or Behavior in the last 12 months.
• Willing to rotate departments and adjust shift schedules as production needs require.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with clear instructions.

Responsibilities

• Train and Certify: progress employees through qualification and certification; evaluate against requirements.
• Train on new skills; provide feedback for performance reviews; participate in audits.
• Create and revise training modules and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain records and conduct ongoing evaluation and random audits.
• Ensure harassment/discrimination-free environment.
