Voith Group is seeking a Grinder Operator for the 2nd shift to set up and operate roll grinding equipment, grinding paper machine rolls to required dimensions, crown, taper, and surface finish. You will read blueprints, measure with precision tools, and ensure tolerances are met in a large, safe working environment.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preference for technical machining training and prior experience with roll or cylindrical grinders.
