Job summary

ESL Power Systems, Inc. is seeking an Assembler/Grinder to join our Corona, CA manufacturing team. The role involves grinding sheet metal in flat patterns and enclosures, maintaining grinding equipment, and keeping a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S principles.

You will work with grinders and hand tools, prep parts for downstream processes, and uphold ESL’s values of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement. A high school diploma is preferred, with focus on safety and quality.

• Use small hand tools such as wrenches and pneumatic grinders.

• Use lean practices and processes to keep department efficient
• Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook
• Perform other duties/tasks as assigned
