Job summary

Gavin Zickerman Quinton Samuels Operations seeks a Grinder/Forklift Operator to keep production flowing by delivering materials with a forklift, grinding plastic scrap for reuse, and ensuring proper material flow and housekeeping. The role requires safety-mindedness and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary is $19.00 per hour with shift premiums: +$0.75 for 2nd shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) or +$1.50 for 3rd shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous forklift experience required; certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport raw materials and finished products using a forklift.
• Grind plastic scrap and manage material flow to prevent downtime.
• Track material lots and ensure accurate labeling and storage.
• Perform daily safety inspections and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support production with timely material requests and continuous improvement.
