Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Grinder B in Arkansas to perform basic grinding on boat components, ensuring smooth lamination with attention to imperfections. You will follow tool maintenance procedures and maintain a clean work area, while occasionally taking on other duties as assigned.

The role requires the ability to climb ladders, use both hands, and wear a respirator or dust mask as needed. This is a physically active, full-time position with a focus on safety and quality in a manufacturing

POSITION SUMMARY

Grinder B is a basic grinder. They are responsible for a basic grind before, in between and after lamination removing any imperfections.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
