Job summary

Steak 'n Shake University Blvd Orlando is seeking a grill operator to prepare to order quality grill products. You will work with grill equipment, bun toaster, spat, meat fork and CRT to deliver meals within 5-8 minutes while following approved cooking procedures.

Responsibilities include cooking times and temperatures, restocking, sanitizing the work area, and adhering to safety, security, uniform and company rules.

Responsibilities

• The grill operator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the preparation of associated grill products.
• The primary responsibility is to prepare to order quality grill products within 5-8 minutes using grill, bun toaster, spat, meat fork and CRT, with cooking times and temperatures.
• Restocking, sanitizing work area and following safety, security, uniform and company rules are essential to successfully operating grill station.
• Any and all other tasks assigned.
