Qualifications

• Requires excellent customer service, good manners, personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant including fast pace and long periods of standing.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Execute all kitchen operations and ensure foods meet safety standards.
• Cook, assemble, and wrap food items; stock products and prep materials.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers to ensure correct orders.
• Operate grill, fryer, freezer, and related equipment per health standards.
• Maintain clean work areas and rotate products properly.
• Support shift leadership and management as needed.
