Responsibilities

• Receive orders, portion and present food attractively.
• Monitor holding times and ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain proper serving temperatures and sanitize work areas.
• Inspect ingredients before marinating or grilling.
• Support restaurant operations as needed.
