Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill seeks motivated line cooks to join our kitchen team. You will set up and operate the grill line, prepare and cook to order, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation across the workspace.

Overview:

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! Line Cooks will be responsible for grill Line setup and teardown, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification
• Follow standard grill line recipes
• Operate grill and fryers; sautee, broil, and bake per cook instructions
• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
• Properly store and handle food
• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 16 Years old to apply
