Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food orders to meet product quality standards.
• Handle food preparation and portioning for service.
• Cook on the grill and operate the fry station as needed.
• Dress items to order and ensure correct presentation.
• Package menu items and verify product quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including trash, cleaning and sanitizing.
