Job summary

Graziano’s in Miami is seeking experienced Grill Cooks to prepare meats, vegetables and cheese on the grill, moderate temperatures, portion meals, label items, and maintain a clean, safe cooking area.

You will work with a team, follow recipes, monitor equipment temperatures, manage inventory, ensure food quality, and support timely service. High school or vocational kitchen basics preferred; one year of related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational coursework in kitchen basics (food safety) preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take grilled food orders from waiters.
• Label food items appropriately.
• Season and prepare food items for grilling.
• Discard any expired or near expiry food items.
• Manage inventory of food supplies.
• Arrange prepared food items in an aesthetic manner.
• Manage portions of grilled food items and garnish them.
