Responsibilities

• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short prep.
• Serves customers at the grill station ensuring food at correct temperature.
• Uses ticket-collection procedures and records during service.
• Ensures quality, proper temperatures and portion control per recipes.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between workstations and fridge.
• Stores foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes all work areas and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers.
• Performs duties safely in a clean, safe environment.
