Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Full Time Grill Cook at MLH Germantown. You will prepare grill items and serve customers in accordance with federal, state and company standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Shifts run 6:00am - 2:30pm or 10:45am - 7:00pm with rotating weekends; must be available to work both shifts. Join a team committed to service excellence, safety, and patient-focused dining.

Qualifications

• Experience with food preparation at a grill station.
• Ability to follow approved recipes and serving standards.
• Capable of handling multiple stations and fast service.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short prep.
• Serves customers efficiently and ensures correct temperatures and presentation.
• Maintains records from the area worked during service.
• Follows recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Safely transports food and maintains sanitary work areas.
• Reports customer concerns to supervisor and participates in safety meetings.
• Maintains positive relationships with coworkers and managers.
