Job summary

Whiskey Cake is seeking an experienced Grill Cook and Line Cook to prepare menu items with recipes, timing, and presentation under the Chef de Cuisine. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include reading tickets, maintaining food safety, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized as part of a collaborative team; E-Verify is part of our hiring process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification; E-Verify compliance.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food items according to recipes.
• Follow designated cook times for menu items.
• Maintain highest level of food quality.
• Receive and store products per health regulations.
• Keep kitchen clean and safe; operate kitchen equipment safely.
