Morrison Healthcare in Johnson City, TN is hiring a full-time Grill Cook at Ballad Health - Franklin Woods Community Hospital. You will work AM/PM shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, and you will prepare grill items to exact standards.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and cooking/grill experience required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control.
• Stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating and food safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in all assigned work areas and equipment.
