Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Prepares and serves food at grill station, ensuring correct temperature and quality.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper serving temperatures and portions.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisor.
• Performs duties in a safe, clean, and cooperative manner.
