Compass Group USA’s Canteen unit in Greer, SC is hiring for full-time Grill Cook positions. You’ll prepare food at the grill station and serve customers in a fast-paced environment, following federal, state and corporate standards. Two shift options are available: 4:00 am–2:00 pm or 6:00 pm–3:30 am, with weekend coverage as needed.

Prior back-of-house, grill, food service, record-keeping and sanitation experience is preferred. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Back of house, grill and sanitation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares food at the grill station and serves customers.
• Ensures food is at correct temperature and attractive.
• Follows safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintains records from area worked during service.
