Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions at McLeod Loris, 3655 Mitchell Street, Loris, SC 29569. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 7:00 pm with rotating weekends. Previous grill cooking or cooking experience preferred.

Qualifications

Previous grill cooking or cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service.
Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portions.
Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations safely.
Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas and equipment.
Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisor.
Attends in-service and safety meetings.
Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
