Canteen North America is hiring a full-time Grill Cook at FSW Cafe in Fort Myers, FL 33919. You will prepare food at the grill station following guidelines to ensure high-quality service and safety. Employment is full-time with an 8:00-5:30 schedule on most days, with some evenings and weekends as needed.

Applicants need previous short order cooking experience. Wage range is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities within the Compass Group family.

• Previous short order cooking experience required.

Responsabilités

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator safely.
• Stores foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas and utensils.
