We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Job Details

• Location: Regeneron - 1 Global View, Troy, 12180. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
• Requirement: 2+ years of experience preferred, focus on breakfast service.
• Pay Range: $19.00–$21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high‑quality food service is provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes orders, prepares items, and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Uses established ticket‑collection procedures and records for each service period.
• Applies approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Transports pans, kettles, and trays in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores foods following standard wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisors.
• Attends in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Performs all tasks safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
