We are hiring immediately for a full‑time GRILL COOK position.

Location: Novo Nordisk – 1300 South Patterson, Bloomington, IN 47403. Only online applications accepted.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following all federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high‑quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation, completing orders from steam tables and serving customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly, following established steps of service and meeting outlined standards, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and attractive.
• Tests all prepared food items for quality.
• Uses established ticket‑collection procedures during service; records area work during service periods.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Moves pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores foods in designated areas, following standard wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisor.
• Attends in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
