We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: NCR - 864 Spring Street Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30308. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes customer orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables and serves at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality, temperature, and presentation; tastes all prepared food.
3. Uses established ticket procedures and maintains records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
5. Carries food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Addresses customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and managers.
11. Performs job safely and maintains a safe work environment.
12. Performs additional duties as assigned.
