JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations are hiring Back of House Team Members on the HotLine to cook and prep menu items with hospitality and care. You’ll learn the art of handcrafting Freddy’s Steakburger in a safe, clean environment and contribute to a fun, guest-focused team.

Flexible schedules are available for part-time roles, with opportunities to grow and advance in a casual, jeans-friendly workplace. Must be 16+ (18+ in CA) and ready to contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older (18+ in CA).
• Experience in fast-casual or restaurant hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent guest service and teamwork attitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill food items on the HotLine.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and portion control.
• Deliver friendly hospitality and fast, accurate service to guests.
• Support team with food prep and line setup during shifts.
