Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, grill and plate a variety of hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• May operate grill, fryer and other kitchen equipment and serve customers.
• Attend shifts on time and with dependable attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned depending on client needs.
