Job summary

Sodexo Group is hiring a Grill Cook in Colorado Springs to join our team. You’ll prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items for multiple meal periods, focusing on quality, speed, and customer service. This position emphasizes teamwork and a safe, healthy work environment.

The role offers full-time hours with mornings and some weekends/holidays, $18.00-$22.00 per hour, and opportunities for training and advancement within a supportive benefits program.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s).
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
