Eurest Dining @ Sikorsky in Stratford, CT is seeking a full-time Grill Cook to prepare and serve foods at the grill station, following federal, state and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience required.

• Ability to work at the grill station and follow kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from grill and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is served at correct temperatures and presentation standards.
• Maintains clean, sanitized work areas and equipment.
