Job summary

• Prior experience in customer service, cooking, and grilling, making orders for large groups.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and serving temperatures.
• Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and food safety procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas and equipment to ensure sanitation standards.
