Qualifications

• Previous grill cook or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper cooking temperatures.
• Nights, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled items, including steaks, burgers, chicken, and seafood.
• Ensure proteins are cooked to correct temperatures and guest specs.
• Maintain consistent portioning, seasoning, and presentation.
• Execute tickets quickly, accurately during service.
• Set up and break down grill station for service.
• Keep grill station clean, stocked and organized at all times.
• Monitor grill temps, timers and product quality, communicate with team.
• Follow all food safety sanitation standards and rotate/label items.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and use equipment responsibly.
• Support cooks and kitchen leadership, be on time for shifts and stay positive.
